By creating an account or placing an order on LoveCraft, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. We may update these terms periodically; continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or purchase products from LoveCraft. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are listed in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes. We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, and Cash on Delivery for eligible pin codes. Fraudulent or suspicious orders may be cancelled at our discretion.

All orders are packaged in plain, unbranded boxes with no external indication of contents. Your billing statement will display a neutral descriptor. LoveCraft is not liable for disclosure caused by factors outside our control (e.g., shared households opening mail).

For hygiene reasons, intimate products and toys can only be returned if unopened and with hygienic seals intact, within 14 days of delivery. Lingerie may be exchanged for size issues within 7 days, unworn and with tags attached. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of approval.

LoveCraft products are intended for personal use as described. We are not liable for misuse, allergic reactions to materials not disclosed to us, or indirect damages arising from product use. Always follow included care and usage instructions.
